Welcome to SweetSpot Racing!
Welcome to SWEETSPOTRACING .com, you are about to encounter one of the high performance racing yachts of all time. Together with her crew, she has been spotted thoughout northern California at some of the most prestigious racing events known.
SWEETSPOT is a C&C 121. Built in 1999 by FAIRPORT YACHTS in Ohio, she is hull Number 5 and was one of the first built with a carbon fiber bowsprit. At over 40 feet and with a beam of over 13 feet, she weights just 14100, unloaded, and is capable of speeds in the mid teens downwind. By conbining bouy racing and offshore events, SWEETSPOT is truly making her mark across the board.

Offshore she will carry up to eight crew, while inshore racing required up to 12 able hands. In order to accomidate this large number of crew, additional refrigeration has been added to her interior plan, as well and multiple recycling containers.

Sailing should be fun, competitive, and challenging. But most of all, fun.
